Tom Sizemore Sought by Officials… Yet Again

Following a recent drug bust, L.A. District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Jane Robinson has said that LAPD has a fresh warrant out for the lame actor’s arrest, as of May 24th. Apparently they’re asking that the terms of his probation be as null and void as his sobriety. If the judge determines he violated his probation, he could get 16 months behind bars in addition to whatever sentence results from his latest troubles.
The “Saving Private Ryan” supporting actor pleaded not guilty on May 22nd to five felony counts of transporting and possessing methamphetamine and possessing controlled substances without a prescription, offenses that could earn him six-years in prison, if it wasn’t California. A probation revocation hearing is scheduled for this Tuesday, or some time after that if Sizemore isn’t already in custody from arrest or turning himself in. Assuming he appears for jail, he’ll be held without bail, a rarity for the Hollywood elite. Then again, he ain’t exactly A List.
Sizemore was arrested May 8th outside a Bakersfield hotel after a run in with the reservations clerk, where cops were called to the scene. They found the mediocre actor sitting in his car, where a quick search turned up two baggies of crystal meth and related paraphernalia as well as Vicodin, Klonopin and Valium, none of which Sizemore had a prescription for.
