Pamela Anderson showed up late for a photo session Friday, and only stuck around to pose for a few minutes. When she made her hasty departure while promoting her new film, “Blonde and Blonder”, she thought photographers at the Cannes Film Festival were yelling “boo!” She left so quickly, however, they didn’t get to hear the jeer completed, they were praising her with the chant, “Boob!”

Earlier Friday she had complained to AP Television News about the paparazzi scourge at Cannes saying it was, “A frenzy. It’s crazy, it’s silly. Even watching it on television this morning, seeing these people, it’s like the actors are prodded through like cattle, `turn this way, turn that way.”

“My kids come first even in my schedule. When I schedule anything that I do, it’s around their baseball games or their soccer matches or their … everything,” said Anderson of her two children from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee.

In “Blonde and Blonder,” which is sure to be an amazing film, the “Stacked” cue card reader Anderson co-stars with Denise Richards in what is being lauded as “Dumb & Dumber” meets “Legally Blonde.”
