45-year-old actor Tom Sizemore may not have made things right with the millions of movie goers who wish they hadn’t paid to see him on screen, but he has brought to an end the lawsuits brought against him by State Farm Insurance company and his former girlfriend, legendary Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. She-Pimps know all about “the sucking” and as an actor, few can rival the sucking caliber of Tom Sizemore.

The details of the settlement were not disclosed, but papers filed in Superior Court on Friday said resolutions were reached in both cases pending against him. A call to Sizemore’s attorney, Jeffrey Magwood, was not returned for comment prior to going to press.

Fleiss had alleged that she suffered emotional distress after he threatened to contact authorities to try to have her probation revoked, because she’s the victim here, though obviously a criminal too. Fleiss also said that Sizemore destroyed her furniture, or gave it away, depending on which account you take as fact.

Sizemore was convicted in August 2003 of domestic violence involving Fleiss, which is a different stroke of hot for different sorts of folk. He was also arrested last week in Bakersfield, California for possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. I thought his movies were long, but I’d never seen his rap sheet. Yikes.
