Maxim magazine’s #2 on the “Hot 100″ list, Jessica Alba, apparently has a difficult streak to her. It’s not that she’s so hot that she can get away with taking any old movie, even the likes of “Honey” or that embarrassingly awful “Fantastic Four”, and its bastard step-child sequel slated for release this summer, but it is that she’s just that hot, and apparently, she hates to hear the word “no”, but I’d argue that she totally wanted it.

She’s told InStyle magazine in the June issue,

“I love challenging authority. It probably wasn’t easy being my parents. The second somebody says `no’ to me is the second I’m going to jump up and say `yes!’ My experience in this business is that if people think you’re going to put people in seats because you have a fan base, it’s more important than anything. Because obviously, if you have a womanly figure, you’re not allowed to have a brain or any idea of the world whatsoever. You just have to be hot and use your body to get ahead. I had womanly curves at a young age. Usually kid actors are a few years older than the roles they play. I was two or three years younger.”

Hot body or ugly duckling, I don’t care, that’s a chicken I’d goose with a vengeance, and not just because of her scorching role in “Sin City”. She’s avoided tabloid sensation like few of her Hollywood counterparts, but that can’t stop us from writing about her. It ain’t easy typing with one hand, but she motivates me like crazy.
