Former Chilean Miss Universe Cecilia Bolocco, wife to Argentine former president Carlos Menem, has been showing off more than the parade waving elbow these days. Pictures of the aging hotty sunbathing topless with a wealthy Italian businessman surfaced last week raising her international acclaim beyond that of her 20-years-past Miss Universe title and her terrible Chilean reality show.

Bolocco, 41, officially denied any romantic involvement with the rich guy she was hanging out with sans shirt, but she’s no less worried this may negatively impact her image, and her family. “I’m afraid that Carlitos will suffer a heart attack,” Bolocco said, referring to her husband.

The photographer also claims to have taken more pictures that are even more explicit, but he has not yet released them. Bolocco married president Menem, now 76, in 2001. The couple has a three year-old son together, and though not even technically separated, the two have lived apart for the past two years. President Menem told reporters, “We are separated because life together has become somewhat impossible.”

Impossible how? Like because your wife hangs out with much younger men topless? Muy fantastico!
