Estranged ex-hubby hubby Coley Laffoon filed court papers saying he doubted her psychological capability to care for their five-year-old son, but made no mention of his own insanity when it comes to having named the poor kid “Homer”. D’oh!

Best part of his madness is that the case has only gone to court, according to Heche’s publicist, because she wouldn’t pay the originally requested amount of $45,000 a month. Makes sense if you calculate it according to the “marital standard of living” their marriage afforded him. Heche, of course, says he should have gotten a job during their married years, because crazy says it would make total sense for him to take work making as much in a year as she does before the first commercial break, right?
